- Planning permission and building warrants here are handled by the City of Edinburgh Council, West Lothian Council, Midlothian Council and East Lothian Council. Your architect or designer normally prepares the applications.
- Your own structural engineer prepares the building warrant structural design; we manufacture to it. We don't provide foundation or setting-out drawings, or foundation loadings.
- Kits are supply only, delivered ready for your own erector, builder or joiner.
- Typical lead time is around 6 weeks, and we aim to respond to enquiries within 3 working days.
