Good to know before you order
- Planning permission and building warrants here are handled by Scottish Borders Council. Your architect or designer normally prepares the applications.
- Your own structural engineer prepares the building warrant structural design; we manufacture to it. We don't provide foundation or setting-out drawings, or foundation loadings.
- Kits are supply only, delivered ready for your own erector, builder or joiner.
- Typical lead time is around 6 weeks, and we aim to respond to enquiries within 3 working days.
